 2014:

Discovery of two isolated lethargic dwarf galaxies in the Local Group neighborhood
We determined the distances for two dwarf galaxies, KK258 (MB=-10.3) and KKs3 (MB=-10.8), as 2.23 and 2.12Mpc, respectively, with an accuracy better than 4%. As a result of an analysis of Hubble Space Telescope observations, we refined their morphological classification and reconstructed their star formation history. The gas-poor galaxy KK258 is a typical transition-type galaxy with a very low rate of current star formation. It is located 0.8 Mpc away from its nearest neighbor. The dwarf spheroidal galaxy KKs3 is separated by more than 1Mpc from any known galaxy. Presently, only two dwarf spheroidal galaxies are known to be as isolated.

Catalogue of extragalactic distances
We have compiled a catalogue of estimates of extragalactic distances to galaxies, obtained independently of the redshift. Currently, the catalogue contains 6640 measurements for 2335 galaxies, collected from 430 publications. We correlated the different methods of distance estimation, which allowed us to reduce all measurements to a common distance scale. The catalogue is fully integrated into the HyperLEDA extragalactic data base.
