Atlas of radio, X-ray and optical maps of Galactic SNRs
More 1200 figures are the SNR brightness distributions in radio (mainly),
X-rays, and optical band.
The nice color images, obtained with ROSAT and
Chandra are in this database.
Also you could find the X-ray `Einstein' images from
Seward's catalog, the optical photos from the atlas by van den Bergh
et al. (1973) and Milne's Atlas (1987)
of magnetic fields in SNRs.
There are some maps of NEW SNRs
in the presented collection.
Many new SNRs are in Whiteoak&Green' list
and in Duncan's list.
The SNR names and their center coordinates are from Green's
(1998) SNRs catalog
as a rule or from the original papers.
More than 170 color and contoured 'postage-stamps' of SNR maps from NVSS
are incorporated now!
The NVSS figures were received from the MRAO mirror site of
the NVSS postage-stamp server as FITS files.
The grid and contour overlays were plotted with Skyview 3.3
(IPAC, Rick Ebert et al. 1998) by S. Trushkin.
The same procedure was repeated for Bonn 11 cm survey maps (MPIfR site)
(Fuerst et al. 1990, Reich et al. 1990).

You could see the special list
of NVSS maps, otherwise they are in the
commom lists of SNRs, sorted with Gal. coordinates in the names.
All NVSS maps are in the coordinate system B1950.
