Russian optical telescopes: facilities for follow-up observations of sources of gamma-ray bursts and supernovae, identification of neutrino and gravitational-wave signals

V.V. Vlasyuk

Abstract

New challenges for the ground-based astronomy (mainly, for the Russian one) are discussed. All instrumental facilities – both current and prospective – of Special Astrophysical Observatory are briefly described. Some proposals on alert events observational strategy for Russian telescopes are presented.
