Compilation macros

This is a set of NEdit-macro-subroutines for compiling 'source-files' and tracing errors. The macros currently handle both FORTRAN and LaTeX sources, but the functionality can be (easily?) extended to include e.g. C or PASCAL by adding the compile-strings and message_strings to routine specify_compiler.
