We present the results of determination of photometric and structural parameters of globular cluster candidates (GCCs) in the unusually star cluster-rich isolated dwarf galaxy UGC 3755 using ACS/HST images. The main changes in research methods are substantiated in comparison with their literature analogs. They consist of using somewhat different criteria for selecting GCCs, of determining the shape of the instrumental point-spread function taking into account changes in the focus of the ACS/WFC system, and of estimating the aperture corrections for the luminosities ofGCCs bymodeling the brightness profiles of artificial star clusters with specified parameters of the King model. The results are in reasonable agreement with the literature data. Almost all GCCs in UGC 3755 projected onto the celestial sphere are located in the disk of blue stars. The developed methods will be applied to the studies of other nearby dwarf galaxies.
